The balance of sweet and savory in the dish was spot-on, with the ravioli cooked to perfection and the sauce adding just the right touch of richness. It's a must-try for anyone dining here. The ambiance of the lodge is stunning--cozy, rustic, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. The service was attentive, although the wait time for our entrees was slightly longer than expected, which is why I'm giving four stars instead of five. Overall, Clyde's is a great spot for delicious food in a charming setting. I'll definitely be back for more of that ravioli! ”

“ 5 stars for ambiance, 4 stars for food / price value, and 3 stars for service. Overall average of 4 stars. We went with a one year old on a Holiday and the place was pretty spacious and empty, likely because the space is HUGE. If you are ever looking for a decent night out last minute with no reservations, Clyde's feels like it could be a safe bet. We ordered birria tacos and their burger. The tacos were surprisingly great, the burger was okay (felt a bit under-seasoned). Service was fast, fine - nothing outstanding. For the vibe and price of food, I was expecting a slightly better service, but maybe that was my expectation. Again, nothing wrong with the service, nothing great about it either. It was a fine experience, and I would come back if I'm in the area & in the mood for a cabin-cozy, in the woods vibe, nice lunch or dinner. Not a place you would drive out far for. ”

“ This restaurant is actually hard to review... Some of the things in it were very nice, and others a bit disappointing. The decor in this restaurant was really cool - old hunting lodge fib. Service was hit and miss. Same with the food. Came here with a group, and some things were good and some were not very good. Service was OK, but our server was stretched pretty thin. ”

“ Ambiance is off the charts with the cozy Adirondacks style restaurant. Service, also great. Very attentive and personable. Good was quite good. Two in my party ordered steaks and were very happy with their beef. I had to try the Reuben and was really happy with my sandwich. Order the sides like a steakhouse. They are large and meant to be shared by the table. We went for a birthday celebration and the server brought a cute cupcake with a candle. We will definitely go back again. We dined on a Sunday night, and the place was hopping. The large and separated bar area had sports games going. My husband would duck in to catch the game scores. ”

“ Clyde's Rockville location has to be the best due to its size and privacy of the restaurant. My family and I have been going for years but went last night for dinner with my boyfriend's family. We had calamari, grilled octopus and sliders for our appetizers, a variety of steak frites and I had the butternut squash ravioli. My boyfriend had the ribeye which was probably the best out of everyone's dishes. I also had the tiramisu, crème brûlée (I recommend) and someone had the toasted marshmello milkshake. Service was great, we really enjoyed our time. ”

“ A holiday luncheon with close friends. Our server was excellent. The food lovely. Our group chatted for hours in the beautiful atmosphere. Tower Oaks is a unique and traditional place. The interior room where we ate has a jockey, country club theme. The other room, represented in the photos, is the Adirondack room. Both rooms have fireplaces with roaring fires. This time of year the holiday decorations add a special touch. It's a tasty and unique place to go. Make a reservation. Highly recommended. Enjoy. ”

“ Great ambiance, especially like coming here during the winter/Christmas times. It feels so cozy. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. -Creamy crab soup is a must! -The grill octopus appetizer is cooked to perfection. I do wish there was less of the tomato sauce. It was a bit overpowering. -the shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were a great size though there is only 3 to an order -steak is always cooked to perfectly every time we order -loved the scallops as well, sitting on a bed of mushroom and some sort of wild rice. Not too salty ”
